My favorite Korean skincare product are the ElishaCoy snail sheet mask. Unfortunately it was not available near me after I bought them all from a pharmacy...there was only about 7 sheets. I saw on Amazon now so hopefully I can use again. Edit: Oh! And the Laneige water mask cream. Amazing and light.

Yes. Stop using both of those and use things with oats in it. You can make oat water to use or try aveenos calm and restore.

I can not speak on the double serum but I would say not to use nivea because the chemicals and fragrances are not good for skin. I hope the doctor can help you more.
