I loved Riverside - walked over to French Quarter but never stayed there. Great resort coverage & I actually liked the one-take walk - it was the full experience of getting to a resort, the excitement. Wow, I like the room & a ceiling fan!! - this is the next resort I'm trying. Eating is all about balance - eating oats is balanced by beignet or a num num cookie 😂 Back pain is not fun - glad it cleared up for the cruise!!

Never apologize for back issues especially when your on your feet so much for these amazing video! Tip that works for me I find a foam roller and yoga helps massively!

FQ is our favorite. It’s quiet after being at the parks all day and it’s smaller than most resorts which is great. Also having the boats to DS is awesome.

Port Orleans French Quarter is my all-time favorite resort on property. You did a good job of showing the resort due to keep filming on your walk to the room. Nice touch! I love the refurbished rooms! Somehow they look bigger with a floor vs carpet. Very nice video.

I stayed there in 2019, in building 4 and it was great. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. If you do get the chance, go back when the "mayor" (greeter) is there, he's so nice!

We love POFQ! It has a great fell is small and easy to get around. There is only one bus stop so easy to get to the parks just head between buildings 4 and 5 to the stop. At night you can get booze beignets, after jambalaya from the food court. The boat will take you on a relaxing ride to Disney springs. For your back you should of hopped in the hot tub behind the pool bar it's in a nice quite spot. 😉

Really enjoy the walkthrough, particularly when you are alone and not distracted by a walking partner. It's more like you being the guide. Particularly like it when you discover things. Take care and be careful of that bad back. Have lived my entire life with reoccurring back aches. Including taking 45 minutes to even get out of bed in the morning. So take care of it and always have meds handy, ALWAYS!

We stayed there in 2019 and got the Mardi Gras beads in the shape of Mickey, too. Very nice touch. This is the only moderate I would be willing to return to. Love how compact and quiet it is, and the pool is fun.

Port Orleans French Quarter is our favorite resort. The smallest resort on property. All we do is sleep and shower in the room. French Quarter is the best. We will be staying there,again, in January. Can’t wait to come be welcomed back home!

We were literally there the day you checked in. We stayed there 7/20-7/30. We were in building 4. You and JoJo were the only two vloggers we wanted to see that we didn’t see but we figured for the majority of the trip you were on the wish. Too bad we didn’t know you were there. My wife and I stayed there back in 1999 when we did the parks/cruise vacation week. Loved the French Quarter and were the 4th cruise ever on the Disney Wonder. It's fun to take the water taxi from the resort to Downtown Disney.

ayyy maxx chewing fans unite! also get ur back checked.. i been walking around with 2 broken discs for months until it paralyzed me temporarily. had surgery had to relearn to walk etc.

I enjoyed the walk. Kyle, pro tip, when you get beingets in the bag with powdered sugar, you close the bag and shake so they get coated in the sugar. Open the bag slowly so you don't get the sugar dust cloud, and then eat them while slowly exhaling so you don't breathe the sugar in. Close, shake, eat. Dip if you want. Enjoy.

FQ is my favorite moderate! Love the relatively small footprint and the fact that it's a boat ride away from Springs! And really, can you go wrong with a place that has hot beignets at the ready?!?!?! 🙂

Liked and enjoyed the Vlog and the long walk down to the room nice room for the price and headboards. Sorry to hear your back was hurting at that time but you did good considering your current condition. I agree, that was a huge arcade room. My husband and I stayed there years ago on a business trip. Beautiful resort but too much walking for my hubby. A few years ago my daughter and I took the boat ride from Disney Springs and walked around there. I want to go back and have a Muffalata and beignets. We had already eaten when we went there. Thanks for the cool video!

I think Port Orleans is close to Saratoga Springs. Like at the end of the block and north ( I think). I have never stayed there but I have been close . Nice grounds. The walk to the room was great . You should continue this . Get an idea of the surroundings. The room is similar in design to All Star as far as layout goes. However, better fabrics. Enjoy your day. Today's number is 3.

Sorry your back was hurting so bad, I totally understand my husband also has Ankylosing spondylitis and uses a power chair to get around. I also suffer from chronic pain with Osteoarthritis and Fibromyalgia, so I understand the pain. I pray your doing better. God Bless

We were at Riverside in Nov 2021. The section we were on had reopened that day. Beautiful, except they hadn’t turned on the hot water heater. They were very apologetic. They weren’t expecting to open the section till the next day. We were the only one there. 😍

The French quarter was the first disney resort my family ever stayed at. I have super fond memories of the pool and the crocodiles and the food court was amazing. We're dvc members now so I wish they had dvc suits there simply for the nostalgia 🥰

Hey Kyle, Love French Quarter, only place our family stays when we go to Disney. Love the size of that resort, everything in close proximity. Very quiet and not as much hustle and bustle as other resorts. Rooms have been renovated with wood floors since our last trip in 2019. Beignets are the best!!! We loved watching you walk around the grounds, helps us remember our trip. With today's prices, not sure when we'll be back. :(

My family considers FQ our home resort. We’ve stayed at deluxe for the convenience of walking location to the parks. But this one is also close to Epcot and MGM. We probably stayed at FQ close to 20 times. . Our first visit was in 1993 and paid $ 89.00 a night. 😳 Stayed a week for around 1,000.00 with tickets for 2 adults.

We stayed at riverside and we checked in at like 7 am. I was shocked. I also we loved the contactless check in and check out. Never even went to the front desk.

I enjoyed the walk. I always like a little tour that includes the grounds/buildings, etc. I've visited POFQ before but have only stayed at PO Riverside and always love the grounds. Riverside is my daughter's favorite resort, even more than some of the deluxes. Hope you're feeling better.

When you stay at Ft Wilderness you should rent a camper from one of the local camper rental places. They will set up your camper completely! Great option for someone who wants a camping experience or even a value family suite experience. Our family has done this multiple times…it’s a great value!

I have a painful condition for which I take Advil or Aleve. I'd suggest trying Aleve for your AS if you haven't tried it as it's longer lasting than Advil. Hope you feel better.

Not sure what day this was filmed on. We were there on 7/18 for the night before we boarded the Wish. (Sailing right before yours) You can see our room at about 20:45 in the video as you are walking along the river. 3rd floor corner room looking out over the river (red portion of the building)

One other thing Kyle! They used to have all sorts of pieces from Madi Gras floats big clown heads and lost of sparkling bead (purple, pink, green and so forth) all of this was hanging overhead! All that decor is completely gone!! That was what made the Port Orleans, the Port Orleans!!That makes me sad! Your videos are always informative and fun! Thanks for all you do!
