I agree...I had bought three from chaos and 4 bundles from Clionadh...I received chaos first, omg I was mesmerized, best shadows, till Clionadh arrived...Clionadh said, excuse me chaos the queen has arrived 😂😂 the wait is crucial but so worth it...I purchased another bundle in December for the sale...it reaches me around March. I’m ok this time around cause I have enough to keep me entertained 😂😂

yeah, clionadh shadows really are THAT good. it's hard to understand if you've never tried them/have other multichromes to compare them to, but the clionadh formula is EXTREMELY smooth, foiled, and reflective, which makes the multichrome shift so much stronger than other brands'. i own 12 and i am not disappointed with a single one

Amy, you're down the rabbit hole now lol I suggest Kiln, Smoulder, Patina, Forge and Flame-Blown. I love, love, LOVE this collection. They are so smooth to apply and the quality is just out of this world. I love Devinah and Terra Moons, but Clionadh has my heart ♡

I did an up close swatch of my first impressions unboxing them (just posted it) and I was like a broken record saying "wow it's so pretty" on repeat 😂😂

I “only” have the Clionadh ones (Forge, Kiln, Gothic and Oculus). I had a hard time choosing between Crown Glass and Oculus, so I’m happy you thought Oculus was the more shifty one. If I had had the option of trying the jewelled multichromes before buying, Oculus would have been enough. I like using it as a liner as I don’t wear dark eyeshadows. I find it sooo pretty :)

I had a hard time choosing between Oculus and Crown Glass too. I ended up picking Crown Glass because it seemed to have more of the purple tone that I usually like. It was great but I still felt drawn to Oculus and picked that up at a later date anyway. Despite Crown Glass being better for me on paper, Oculus was actually prettier in person. Even though I now have two similar shades, I'm glad I have Oculus in the end.

So glad you finally tried them!! I have the entire Clionadh collection and have zero regrets. 😁 Yes, there are many dupes between brands (I have all the multis from TM, JD Glow, Devinah) - but Clionadh is definitely Queen! 👌🙌 JD Glow comes in second for shine. A couple of those are even more shiny that their Clionadh counterpart. 😉

I purchased Occulus on the restock as my first true multichrome shadow and I absolutely love it! I now need to convince myself not to add every jeweled shadow in the purple-blue-green range to my wishlist for next time. I love supporting a Canadian brand too :)

I was shook when I saw your ranking and Clionadh wasn’t there. They’re SO good. I have some from Terra Moons and I found them to be a bit matte but still beautiful. I like Devinah’s a lot too and they’re giving Clionadh a run for their money but Clionadh 🤤🙌🏾. Oculus is my fav of the ones I have but so far I have not been disappointed by any color.

I totally agree about Terra Moons!! You’re the only other person I’ve heard say this. 😝 I like TM - but they’re definitely not as shiny as my other multis. Clionadh are Queens. 🤴

Have you ever used a wet brush or a glitter glue? Just curious because I haven’t played with my tm shadows yet 🙂

@@scray00 Yes. I use all mine with glitter glue because I have hooded lids, otherwise I get a lot of transfer.

@@scray00 I started doing it because of my eyes but I do find that in amps up the shadow. Even my lackluster shadows look shiner when I use a glitter glue. My favorite is the nyx one.

When looking at comparisons between these and the Devinah Aurorae Flares, the Clionadh ones looked noticeably more METALLIC! But I still bought the Devinah ones, instead. 😅 I don't often like a darker lid than my crease, so I didn't want to spend so much on the blackened base versions, personally. Having a lot of fun with them! Def don't regret my purchase. Next I buy anything from Clionadh, it'll be something more like the various iridescent multichromes (2s and deeps) and the vibrant multichromes.

I’m the same way. I have terra moons, devinah and jd glow. I love them all, and it’s why I haven’t felt the need to get the clionadh ones. They really are so expensive with that freakin shipping.

As far as I can tell, the Clionadh Jewelled Multichromes really are something special. I was in a terrible mood when my first order of Trefoil came in and I swatched it on my arm and it literally just healed my entire day. I'm glad you enjoyed trying these out! I would be down for a multichrome ranking!

Due this is exactly what happened to me. I ordered crown glass and rosette. I got others but those are the jeweled ones I got. I made two orders after that. They are beautiful. I just got an order from terra moons today. I got 5 iridescent chameleons. And wavelength and starry eyes. So pretty

Ugh they are all sooo beautiful! I have 4 - Kiln, Smoulder, Gothic, and Trefoil - absolutely no regrets!!! Trefoil is similar to Mood Ring from Terra Moons but maybe a little more cool toned so I bet you’d love that one. I looove using them as liner too!!!

I am glad I just have Clionaudh, since they are the best. They are very impactful and I would only wear them for evening, which at this point, is a rare occurrence. Hopefully, the pandemic will subside and we can have more of a life again. I do love color and just sitting and swatching makes me happy.

I have some from Terramoons and Devinah but I also got really tempted and purchased a bundle during Clionadh sale. I can't wait to receive them! I love other brands but for me Clionadh is the best in formula, shine and customer service.

"I'm questioning everything." YES! I had the Dane contemplation. I worked a boat load of OT last year (both mandatory & voluntary) so one night when I had 1 too many cups of wine, I thought to myself, "You know what? I freaking deserve it," and pulled the trigger. On the ENTIRE jeweled multichrome collection. 🥴😲 Then I bought the vibrant multichrome bundle during the holidays along with their new shade, Regal. No liquid encouragement was needed on that one since I decided to use PayPal's Pay-In-4 option. No more for now though! Pay-In-4 is a great option but it can be just as deadly as buying the whole thing too if you convince yourself to go overboard on the amount of other things you decide to pay with that option.

Still waiting on my first order of 5 Clionadh shadows, and I picked 2 jeweled out of those 5. The other 3 are the lighter, iridescent or glitter formulas because like you I don’t normally go for a black based shadow. I’m excited, and am getting antsy!

I own Weld and Anneal from the Jeweled Toned ones and love them. Weld is my favorite of the two. It's so beautiful and grungy. It also goes perfect with my favorite lipgloss.

Clionadh is Clionadh of course lol however devinah is the tamer sister. If you dont want to break the bank but still want quality or first getting into multichromes devinah is your girl. Also if you have preference for something slightly softer, not to be confused with lackluster. Clionadhs multichromes do have a blacken base which makes them really intense but sometimes harder to work with, they don't like alot of blending or movement. They are both hot sisters one is Angela Pleasant and the other is Lilith for you simmers out there lol.

Amy you know I have all of Terra Moon multi chromes, Devinah, Touch of Glam, Enchanted Lustre, Shine by SD......I think you get it but I had none from Clionadh and I was tired of seeing all the beautiful pictures and videos, so during their last restock/ sale I went crazy basically spent hundreds on multichromes and glitter iridescence. Now they won't ship until late February but I am anxiously waiting and I know I am going to be very pleased.

SAME. I thought this time would be different because they just moved, nothing was a pre-order, and everything was in stock. Their communication is so frustrating. They didn't say on the website that they would be shipping December orders in mid to late February. And then 6 weeks later, they send an email. I will have my Kaleidos order FROM CHINA before it ships.

I have all of the iridescent glitter multichromes & 7 of the glitter multichromes & also Lux, but.... argghhhhhh! Anneal is definitely on my list! Gargoyle was on my list but I just picked up the new devinah shade hemisphere which is an exact dupe apparently? Still. These are so beautiful!

Devinah is cheaper than clionadh and they ship faster. I love my clionadh but I don't have any of the jewel multichrome

I don't own any multichromes and hardly any duochromes, do you have a suggestion for which brand to start with? Maybe a mid-range price so I can see if I even like the look on my eyes (I have fairly deep set eyes so I worry that it won't have much of an impact). Or even just your favorite of any price that is a light-colored multichrome, preferably warmer or with mostly warm flips?

I live in Pennsylvania and coming from New York it's been hard to switch from.ordering my eggs over easy to dippy but yes I too can call them dippy, I am so tempted but so many seemed similar I became overwhelmed and anything I decided I needed and could make a solid decision was sold out, sooooo what do your guys think are the must haves?

Damn you Amy!! I was in the same boat as you, I was like yeah I have the glitter multichromes, I have some iridescents, some vibrants, and I tend towards lighter/brighter shimmers anyway so do I REALLY need the snazzy jewelled ones? Nah. But now... like you said I am questioning everything. I know myself that the camera doesn't fully show how special the Clionadh multichromes can be, so based on how good they look here I can only IMAGINE how special they are in person. RIP my paycheque.

They are really pretty but for now I’ll stick to Devinah. They are little more cheaper and ship fast. I’m still interested in seeing the clinodah palette that they will release soon. I’m not saying I’ll buy it for sure, but I’m curious.

Hey Amy 👋🏻 I have a question about the Terra Moons eyeshadow. You mentioned that the shade Alter Ego was looking more like a satin finish the more you use it. Do you notice this happening with your other Terra Moons multichrome shadows, or just this one? Do the others you have from Terra Moons keep their intensity and sparkle/shine even once you have used them more? I was just curious because I want to place an order with them, but I can't stand when a shadow has any kind of "overspray" or glittery top layer... but once you get through that initial layer, the shadow loses that intensity/shine.

Dippy Eggs?? Haha ha .... Never heard of that... in Texas we call them Poached or Over easy. But since I love to DIP my toast in them.... "Dippy" makes sense to me! :)

i really try to not buy too many multichromes since they tend to be similar. i do still want anneal tho xD
