Glad to see you’re back. Julie has taken the course but she doesn’t use the clear. She has also said that white is the most resin then the light and the dark has the least amount. I think Tea and Art has the dark and light backwards. Check out some of Julie’s to make sure! Pretty dang good for your first try though!

Sherry, great first try! Julie has been using acrylic ink instead of alcohol ink or resin pigment, and...no center white blob! Might want to give that a whirl. (Check out her video for today - no white blob) She also doesn't do the clear at all. Just uses that as her lighter color (amounts combined). Also, a 2:1 ratio resin is needed for the Larimar effect. I think your white was too transparent, by maybe 2-3 drops? You need it a bit more opaque to get strong lacing.

I think that’s a great first try. I haven’t scrunched up my courage to even try it yet. 😁. I love your hair. I’m thrilled you are back. I also thank you for the ratios. They are a starting place for sure. I bet with each resin, brand of resin ink or resin dye and bottle, the number of drops will change. At least that’s what I’m expecting. If you have a moment, I have a question. What is the brand of your little torch. I’ve looked at some on Amazon, but without seeing it in person and seeing the flame it throws out, I’m afraid to buy. Yeah Julie doesn't use the clear because this used to happen all the time. I wouldn't mess with the center too much because you are stirring the center and it will mess up the effect. God bless.

Your personal bottle for your Cast-n-Craft is different than the real bottle. Yours has a "micro drip top" on it. Your seven would be maybe 2 to 3 from the real bottle. Micto drops are very tiny.

I took the course. There is nothing in the materials requiring you to not share the course. Julie is sharing the information on several of their courses. So, take the courses and share. The courses aren't that expensive. The drops coming out of your white squeeze bottle are much smaller than the drops coming out of the regular bottle. Look at the consistency of the white used in other peoples' videos. The white should be like 2 percent milk. Not totally opaque, but almost. The description of the resin for the course is as follows (warts and all): "USA : Liquid Diamond, Platinum Clear , Craft resin, Jdiction resin and of course more. Just need to try." This is pretty open.
