It's not a bug that preventing you from losing points, it's because they didn't want you to lose everything when you got trapped and downed in a few hits. There is a cool down between when you can lose points on hits

The 1 million kills is insane. I get roughly 3000 kills a game when I’m grinding for camos. Even with the CDM exploit for infinite zombie spawns, you would need to get 5000 kills a game in 200 separate games just to unlock it that would take over 200 hours of gameplay

The medallion wasn't bugged and making it so you dont loae points. The point reduction on hit has a 5-10 second cooldown, you were getting hit, losing points, and then getting hit again right after, and you werent losing points cuz the point loss was on cooldown. Just a bit of info for the medallion, yours wasnt bugged, it was working as intended

Make Augments that are only unlocked after each 100 prestige, Make it rewarding for the Long time gamers and hype the newbies to rank up to Master Prestige to get these Unique Augments, Now, with this idea in mind, the current system, we have 3 Major Augments and 3 Minor Augments, I'm suggest add an additional 1 Major and Minor Augments for all the current and new Augments, this additional augment is only unlocked after master Master Prestige levels to give long time gamers a reward that newbies have, Think of it like the COD Ghost teeth system for Alien mode, it'll keep the grinders on the game for years.

Go into directed mode do the EE till u place the ltg down by the bus the protect it and when the elite spawns do the challenge on him kill him once he lights on fire then end the round hit the device to spawn him then rinse and repeat i got it quick

Hey lego have you seen the infinite point bug where you pick up the amulet then a little bit later you can put it back and pick it bqck up which stacks the 2x points E.g 2x 4x 8x 16x etc.

Lego. if ur on pc and u got some sort of gpu undervolt/overclock that might be why. i was crashing a ton every time i set my custom settings for my gpu and only stopped getting it when i stopped changing it. (same directx error u got/get)
