I am so against using the word - lordship, again and again, the first speaker has used this word repeatedly. It's just annoying. In real courts, even in SC, they discourage it, it's better to use sir or mam.

moot courts are different from actual court proceedings. In courtroom the motive is to win the case whereas in moots the motive is to satisfy the judge while keeping your ground forward.
