Hey Ashleigh! I’m in my first year of undergrad as well and it’s been stressful to say the least. I’ve cried a lot but have also found comfort in knowing that I’m not the only one struggling. Girl this reminds me of when I had a breakdown as a freshman at my college 😭😭 I failed an exam and cried in the university student center bathroom. Trust me it does get better I promise!!! You are slaying queen and you’re an inspiration to all. I graduated in 2021, and to everyone still in college; you can do it!❤️

hey ashleigh! i struggle a lot with stress and my anxiety gets really bad. i know it's hard to avoid caffeine during finals but it helps with my anxiety a lot. i know it's different for everyone but not having caffeine calms my anxiety and helps with being able to sleep a little more at night.

Would you want to return home for a couple years and get your general education done at a community college? Then transfer to a college to do your upper education for a major? You just seem so stressed and all over the place. Sometimes the full college experience isn’t for everyone. Maybe a more comfortable situation, a home / city that you’re used to, family nearby, etc. is what you need.. Definitely take a look at what you need-you have at least three more years of this. You should be enjoying it, not stressing out every day.
