thanks so much!!! i recommend going a few mins early to every class (if possible) and try to get at least 2 #'s of students in your classes. this will be super helpful as the semester progresses and you can naturally hang out with them before/after class. also join 2-4 clubs (you don't have to be super involved at first) and then become really involved when you figure out who you vibe with. don't want for someone to invite you somewhere, try to be the one who invites others (because everyone is nervous and wants to make friends).

I took a tour of my dream school because they had a great program for my major then I went on a tour and was asking questions and that is how I found out that if I got accepted I wold then have apply to my major which already knocked down my interest then I spoke to a student at the school and she told me that for my major even if I get in I would not get to do hands on work until my senior year and it would just be a lot of lectures on my major for the first 3 years. Needless to say the dream school I planned on going to for this major since I was 4 years old is now my number 3 school. I am so scared to start my college applications but I am so excited at the same time and have just started accepting that I don’t have to go to one the schools younger me always wanted to go to. My first choice school I had never heard of until my freshman year of high school and now I am in love with it but I know everything will work out how God has it planned and not how I planned it and I just have to trust the process.

Heard you say you are going to London. The most affordable shop to get things for a dorm would be asda. The UK Walmart. You can order online and collect from a store x

If you’re coming to England there are so many places to buy supplies - yes to Asda but also there are other big supermarkets such as Tesco and Sainsburys, and then TKMaxx, Dunelm, Homesense, B&M and Home Bargains - it just depends where you’re living and what’s near you. Also Amazon has so much for college supplies that can be delivered straight to you! Good luck with your time in London!

If I were you I wouldn't take binders, folders or anything like that.As UK, EU and probably bunch of other countries use A format paper not B as USA and Canada. I made this mistake when I went to Canada. Good luck at your study abroad London is beautiful.
