Heh yup xD Although the LN had a slightly different angle - in the original context, Sylphie told Roxie that, yes, she knew Rudy with sleep with someone by accident or on purpose, but that she knew Rudy was responsible and moral to the point that, if he did sleep with another woman, he would intend to take her as his wife to take care of her. This was why she figured a second wife would come at some point. Yeah, him being a pervert was part of it. But she knew a second wife would come because she knew Rudy would take responsibility for his actions. It's a small distinction that was lost in the anime that I figure makes enough of a difference to matter. But... yeah. She knew he was a dog xD

8:25 Sylphie additionally said in the LN that she was actually expecting Rudeus to bring someone among Pursena, Linia, or Nanahoshi due to how close they are to him. She may not look like so but Sylphie is actually a pretty jealous wifey, especially during the episode of her, Rudeus, and Nanahoshi. @@addidaswguy I think there's merit to at least hiding which season that'll happen for the reactors now as to not spoil them. If you want a good estimate, you can probably look up how many volumes of the LN is used per anime season, then check which vol# that event occurs. 🤫

Honestly if I had one the first things I'd get were lottery numbers, and the Blu-rays/LNs for Re-zero/MT lol..(although I could probably go 15 years ahead and RZ wouldn't even be finished in the LN).

SPOILER: Just imagine if they made a movie showing all future Rudeus time line events until he met the current Rudeus. It would be so nice. I've already finished the light novel, and its absoluty perfect the way it is. Rudeus is the best fiction made character in my opinion, and it would be more impacting to the watchers if they saw the cruel events that happened at the original time line. Even tho Rudeus have many issues, he always did everything he could to protect he's family, even if it meant to die (time traveling to the past for example). And then, at the end of the movie, it can naturally conect with the events that will happen in season 3. Just perfect.

1:40 "How much time did pass?" It's been around four months since he left. 3:40 Norn's VA blew this performance out of the water. Her crying got me going easier than the text did. 8:30 That's always a moment that left even Rudeus confused. However, she's met more of his paternal relatives than he has and has a much clearer picture of the family proclivities. Then again, him being attracted to her already runs counter to those proclivities... 12:00 Elinalise had planned on leaving Cliff so that he'd be free to go his own way while she went on the years-long journey to Begaritt. Rudeus' shortcut and his encouragement got her to tell him of the plan and he waited for her. She beelined his place immediately after getting back, as her curse was starting to act up and she'd been away from her man for months. I don't think Cliff was walking the next day...

As a LN reader alot was skip, some can be considered spoiler but some that was left behind has passed and is ok to talk about. Like Grandma Eli has an even larger part of getting Rudy to suggest Roxy to be his wife she told him that she think Roxy wss pregnant (she wasn't). That did not happen in the anime but it happen in the LN. Also several on the group discussed that Roxy or Eli or another girl in the group had to take Rudy out of the funk 😉 😉. Also in the LN, Rudy's condition after Daddy Paul's death was described alot worse than in the anime.

@@addidaswguy bro Paul literally left his father due to that type of parenting style, sure it works here but in Rudy’s world kids literally leave home and use swords. Norn is justified in feeling this way because Roxy is being thrown into her life instead of reuniting with her father and mother. Also you say primary caretaker but Paul would’ve been her primary caretaker, she and rudy are only 5 years apart. If a sibling strikes you and tells you to get in line as he collects more wives you’d be mad. If Rudy handled it like Paul did in season 1 she would’ve left like he did repeating the cycle, dawg she got over it anyways, kids can vent too

Of course, the person who didn't know what they were talking about was me, but as a kid all you can do is scream, cry, and say why you don't like certain things in an unfiltered and rude way.
