I've been following neeraj sir. The man is my mentor for all finance decisions. I love his ideology on investing. Prakhar bhai i used to follow you but because I am unable to understand what kind of content i can expect from you made me not follow you. I am a subscriber though but yeah. I hope you keep on doing long form podcasts and the explainer videos too. The thing you want to convey can't be published in under 20 min. I used to listen to you while exercising or doing some other work(not as background noise cause i was attentive). I hope this feedback helps.

Some points may be right , but he is trying to portray that whole adani group has a debt ratio of around 40 (time 1.22), but the fact is only adani green energy has a debt of around 40... Rest all companies are well around idle ratio of 2

Neeraj sir's view on startups is myopic, didn't enjoy. Rationale. Startups are based on economies of scale and VCs have been instrumental to build large companies like apple, Google, Cisco, Facebook etc. VCs in India and the overall ecosystem has been a odd bet - for reasons this comment might not justify. Economies of scale is the ability to have a moat at scale which is almost unbeatable for instance relevance of facebook being a ad market place is a function of their distribution, so startups getting valued based on distribution is not completely wrong - though I agree premature IPOs are in bad taste overall for everyone in ecosystem.
