Pakistan's new FM is a very honest and experienced person, no doubt about it because he has spent most of his working life in the western world, where things go by the system. There is no such thing (i.e. SYSTEM) in Pakistan therefore all he is talking about is NOT going to work. The simple reason is the mafia landlords (i.e. VADERAS). They have so much power that even the ARMY can not function without their support. Anybody came in their way had been wiped out in the past (Remember Bhutto talked about land reforms and what happened to him). They can eliminate any politician, any bureaucrat, and any powerful general in no time if things are not done according to their wishes. Unless or until all those powerful landlords are not hauled and executed in the public, NO reform, no planning can work. Mark my words. But a trillion-dollar question is "WHO WILL DARE TO DO THAT". This gentleman FM will soon get frustrated dealing with this problem and resign within 6 months.
