As a customer u might feel sbi is not a good bank ...lekin jo dikhta h wo hota nhi ....jst sit for one day on that chair ..and then only u will know abt the tremendous pressure they are facing ....avi 2 saal se i have joined bank ...phle bank jb bhi jana hua h as a custoemr hua h...mjhe bhi lgta tha yaar kuch nhi krte bs lunch time ye time wo time ...lekin jb aap table k us paar pahuch jaate ho ...tb jo pressure hota h wo nazar aata ...customers bhi km nhi hote ....aaye din bamkers k sath galat behaviour ...tjey feel like banakers are their servant .....as a banker i know one thing hmlog wha customers ka kaam krne baithe ...aagr customer ache se treat krte h ...they are polite ...we arw there to help u out Sir ....first treat us as human also ...we already face tremendous pressure ....not only customer dealing ....internal targets n all ...especially sbi ...pressure is huge ...90k ka job chor k kisko mnn krta h resign krne ka ...i have my few colleagues who are sbi po and they have resigned with nothing in their hand...no alternative option ...family se hazaro km dur ....with poor living environment ...bankers life is not easy at all ...few people will come and say why dont u resign ...yes want to resign but have a family to feed ...who is gonna give money ???....no one ...bs majburi m hi log bank m tike hue h ...chuttiyon m bhi log ko bula liya jata h office But customers ko inse kya bs apna kaam hona chahiye ....baki pressure se kya mtlb unko
