OFW kami, and we are in Debt for almost 650k php for the last 2 yrs. Ngayon after ko makapanood ng videos ni Dave Ramsey regarding being Debt Free, unti unti namin inayos ang decisions namin on how to handle our finances. Fast forward til today, almost 75k na lang ang balance na need namin isettle. Sobrang importante ng Financial Literacy, as a common Filipino, pag magkawork tayo, kuha agad bahay hulugan for 30 yrs, sasakyan for 5yrs, hanggang sa wala ng matira sa sahod mo, yung banko nag eenjoy sayo kasi nga sobrang bano natin regarding finance. Kabayan! Gising! Praise God for everything that happened, we indeed learned through our bad decisions! Salamat Invested Lifestyle for this topic, sobrang helpful.

Financial Literacy should be included in our schools curriculum, that way our children can learn early how to control their spending and being responsible with money and finances, heck even our private and government employees and officials also need it.

ang daming financial guru matagal ka naka follow sa kaninla bilib na blib sa video pero na realize ko pag bebentahan ng libro nya o kaya online financial courses... etc. tapos sumaskay minsan sa mga trending tulad crypo, forex , games na kikita ka pero puro yung kumita lang ng malaki pinapakita, bandang huli na trap lng pala mas marami na lugi kesa kumita.

Andali nila mag approve at gagawan ka Ng account/dashboard na doon mo marereceive Ang Pera, connected to your bank acct. Pagtapos Ng approval, ginawan sya problema na kesyo mali daw ang acct number na sinend mo sa kanila to link your acct doon sa ginawa nilang dashboard para sayo. at need mo magbayad Ng 10% Ng niloloan mo para maopen ulit Ang dashboard. Nagbayad Ang kakilala ko tapos nawala na Ang kausap nia. These scammers must be stopped and punished God Willing!

Na scam ako before and pati mga downline ko and yung isa sa mga downline ko napilitan ako unti untiin siyang bayaran dahil jobless siya and masasabi ko na nasa point siya ng pinaka mababang bahagi ng buhay niya.. Risk taker pa din ako pero mas naging vigilant ako sa lahat ng bagay. Then I saw one of your vlogs na nakapag pa bukas sa isip ko of how to really determine if the platform and/or the project is a scam. Thank you!

Natutulog lang ang pera mo sa banko tapos umaasa lang sa mababang interest whereas yung bangko pala ginagamit ang pera mo para i-invest nila sa financial instruments

depende sa goal mo, kasi ako ung pera ko sa bank for emergency, usually if you invest it hindi siya liquid, example nung may namatay kami nagabono sa libing ng kamaganak namin dahil kami lang may emergency fund, yung insurance after 2 months pa dumating, up to a certain extent lang naman then you can invest the rest.

maam pa advice po. since kayo yung trusted investment expert sa youtube. ask ko sana if okay ba mag long term (5+ years) sa mga UITF at MF ? sa Gcash.. sabi kasi nila, sayang lang daw yung gain niya, dahil na ma minus lang sa management fee/trust fee..

I am not an expert, pero depende kasi sa goals mo at risk appetite, tama naman sila na malaki ang fees pero you have to balance ung gains , risks at fees, if di ka sure aralin mo muna, pero if tanong mo its safer to invest in UITF at MF, its safer than putting it in an MLM, pero check mo din ung Index Funds and ETF na available sa Pinas, it has lower fees.

MP2 is really good. Principal amount is guaranteed by the government. I’ve put 1M from year 2021 and will just wait for it to mature after 5 years. You know how much it’ll become because of compounding interest in around 6-7% average annual returns? 300-350k. Monthly or yearly savings in MP2 is great not just one time deposit.

I agree, dahil madami tlgang factors and hindi one size fits all. Like me rin, I don’t trade pero I know the data behind it, that’s the reason I don’t do it. I am more on long term investing. I can’t tell people where specifically they should invest pero I can tell them the fundamentals and red flags =) Hindi rin madali magexpose ng scammers because they use the legal process to silence you, we have lawsuits against us even though we are just telling the truth.
