Hi Ahsan, I have been watching your videos from > 3 years now. one of the reason I started investing in scalable capital.yes I never comment but I like the videos 😊 but yes about milestone achievement I would say reached 20k in scalable capital diversified and it is also my emergency fund . I experienced the use of emergency fund during job loss, I haven't sold my stocks but I took credit based on my expenses. I would suggest to make a video on Scalable capital credit. 1. credit limit based on your investment portfolio 2. how interest 6.6 % is calculated based on my withdrawal but not on limit 3. transfer wise FD interest if someone don't want to keep in scalable 4. if I invest my 3 months salary in 1st year into scalable and if I want to use it after 3 years (how 6.6 % is ok when you compare with 12% gains per year) thanks for the videos

Thanks for sharing your experience and appreciation. I am not a big fan of consumer debt but in your case i think it can make sense. Also thanks for the suggestion, ill definitely look into making a video on this topic soon.

You don't have to bear the burden of a job loss alone. Take a cue from the Germans: set aside just six months' worth of the difference between what you will receive from the government as Arbeitslosengeld and your gross salary. This amount will provide you with the much-needed peace of mind. Invest the rest in a private retirement insurance plan, which offers tax benefits. Use the tax refund you receive to invest in scalable capital. Next, approach a bank to get a loan for buying a house. Use your private retirement insurance as collateral to secure a low-interest loan, similar to what a Beamter would receive. This way, you can repay the loan over 45 years until you're 77 years old. This strategy, employed by the Germans, can work for you too. Follow these steps to ensure financial stability and peace of mind.

Could you please create a video or suggest some ideas for investing emergency funds? The goal is to ensure that these funds can be accessed quickly when needed.
@ahsanfinance
@ahsanfinance Ай бұрын
Ideally emergency funds should not be invested. They should be kept in a Current/ Savings Account (without a lock in period) , to have quick access to funds in case of emergency.

please make a video discussing whether buying property in Germany is a good decision, considering factors such as insurance, mortgage, maintenance charges, and inheritance Additionally, compare this with buying property in Pakistan and renting it out to generate passive income.

I would be really grateful to you if you answer my two questions: Q1) Are you a muslim? If so then tell me is this method halal? Q2) I am not living in Germany but in Italy so does it also works here?? Thanks in advance !

Q1: Which Method are you talking about? If investing then there are Sharia Compliant ETFs and Stocks where you can invest in. Q2: Again if you are talking about Stock investing, then I think Scalable Capital is available in Italy

Hi Ahsan, I watched your video regarding tax return and I had one question. I am a student here in Germany and I was planning to buy a phone on contract with a sim provider O2. Will I be able to claim the amount I will pay monthly as a educational expense or does smartphones doesn't include in educational expense category. Thanks for your videos as well I have been watching your videos for over a year now when I was in Pakistan. I just moved to gerrmany for my masters in April.

Security Transfer option is for those who already have a Securities account elsewhere and want to transfer their stocks to Scalable Capital. You don't have to do anything if you dont want to transfer.

If i start to invest E:g. 100 Euros a month in S&P everymonth. Do i scalable capital deduct some amount considering as trade everymonth ?
@ahsanfinance
@ahsanfinance Ай бұрын
There are 3 things you need to consider : 1. The TER of the ETF 2. The spread 3. The Vorabpauschale The TER is based on the ETF Provider, the spread is a very small fee which Scalable Capital takes and the Vorabpauschale is the tax cut by the government at the start of the year for certain types of ETFs.
