I used some Kaplan, some AceableAgent and read a lil oncourse learning . I did 3 real estate exam scholar and my result came back failed

Hey Joe! My name is Zach im trying to get my real estate license in California. I’ve started with allied about a year ago and I’ve taken my test twice. The first time I missed it by 1% so my second time around I was listening to your KZbin videos I felt like I understood the material more using your videos but unfortunately I took my test today and missed it by 3% I feel like this test was harder this time around and i feel my school materials and test aren’t helping me. It has to do with the maximum amount of rentals (4) in the agreement. Any more than four would not qualify.
