A lot of the questions asked by some are actually things that l learned from or may have missed. He doesn't do it in excess so it's good content, you can learn from others too not just the teacher

I can’t handle the lack of focus and the “ads”. It’s one thing to talk about ads during a specific time but in the middle of the definition to answer questions is very distracting. I enjoy the examples and the real world use of the words but it’s very difficult to follow.

Agree 100% he was a little all over the place when he kept going back and forth between constructive notice and actual notice. On top of that, he was answering questions from other students. I eventually just had to look up what constructive notice was.

Passed my test first try!!!! Thank you for the help! I definitely have to say, so much of this stuff was not on my exam. I had so many random questions that I literally had no idea and had to really reason through it with all of the knowledge I had collected through lots of studying. You MUST actually understand the material and all of the vocabulary. HAMMER on your VOCAB! I didn’t get a little Debbie cake but I did get a Reese’s Egg! Thank you!!!

very helpful just wish you would finish your thought on definitions before answering questions. its very hard to understand some definitions when you break your thought with answering a random question the go back to finishing a thought or just not finish the thought at all. i dont mind answering peoples questions but i dont like it distracting from finishing the definition of the word we are on.

@@Echolyris212 So what helped me was to purchase the mock exam thru Wisconsin...so whatever state you're in...I took the mock exam 3 times, first time got a 58%, so failing,2nd and 3rd time got a 80%..i took the third mock exam 2 nights before my exam
