A little something to consider. If you deposit $10,000 in a regular savings account you can expect an Approx. 3-4% apr return. So how much will the bank make by having the use of your money? The rate of interest the bank charges on a $10,000 personal loan is between 12 & 20% pare year. Basically, the bank is going to pocket 3 or 4 times more on your investment than you are. Something doesn't seem right there.

Lets assume I have savings account in a bank...if i have 50000rs as balance....when the day starts,i have deposited 10000rs more so,which ammount will be considered to calculate the interest on that day,whether 50000rs or 60000rs

Morning Balance = Rs. 10000 Credit Amount = 2000 Balance after 1st transaction = 12000 Credit Amount = 3000 Balance after 2nd transaction = 15000 Interest will be calculated on the lowest balance throughout that day, which is Rs. 10000, that was in morning. If you withdraw 2000 and balance is Rs. 8000 any time in that day, then interest will be calculated on Rs. 8000 Remember, interest is calculated on lowest balance on any time for that day
