Hey Joey. Yes Create Pro automates the 3D Rough and 3D Finish toolpathing inside of a selected vector. Makes STL files and other 3D objects super easy to create.

I would be curious how you perfectly aligned the wheel when the board was flipped over.

Personally I would use index holes for a job like that. Use your CAM software to create vectors for three 1/4 inch holes. Position these holes anywhere in the off-cut area of the stock material. Space them out. Create a toolpath to drill these holes about 1/2 inch deep. Select the three vectors for the index holes and flip them horizontally. Note: If you flipped the image vertically when you created the back side, do the same for these vectors. Don't flip the image vertically and the index holes horizontally. Create another toolpath to drill these holes as above. These will become your spoilboard index holes. Clamp the stock to the machine and do your first cut. Then without removing the stock, run the index holes toolpath. Remove the stock from the machine. Now before you reposition the stock, run the spoilboard toolpath. This will drill holes into your spoilboard which are a mirror image of the holes you drilled into the stock. Re-zero the Z axes so you're not cutting air. Do not make any changes to the X and Y set position. Cut 1/4 inch dowels to about 1” in length and insert them into the spoilboard holes. Flip your stock over and position it over these dowels. It will now be properly aligned. Clamp it down and proceed with the second cut.
