The way these victims were stabbed, there could have been more than 1 person, but if it was 1 person, this person would have had a lot of blood on themselves and left a lot of evidence behind. The Defense made a lot of good points. If the smell of bleach was evident, than why was it not on the report. I would have another group of investigators to go over this crime. There has to be some kind of motive. I don’t feel that the Police in this town handle this crime carefully. Remember, they are not used to these kinds of crimes in that area, so they were sloppy and lack experience for these kind of high crime, and were probably pressure to find the suspect, and could have planted the evidence in his pickup truck, we know that cops do this with drugs.

I just don't get this trial ! If a person stabs people over 100 times, that is exhausting. During the stabbings, NEVER once did they state Chad had any cuts on his hands especially if there was a struggle ! Many times the killer's hand slips on the knife when it becomes bloodied and they end up accidentally cutting themselves. He had NONE of those kinds of wounds on himself. The killer usually goes in to a stabbing frenzy. They said it was a brutal stabbing scene. Now...Who can explain WHY he didn't have any type of these wounds. The whole scene of these murders is NOT believable ! He is INNOCENT ! All the prosecution did was go over a possibility of how it happened....With NO TRUE EVIDENCE. :(

Tone & cadence as she goes through the evidence, details, also conveys the serious work they've done here, and serious attitude they've taken towards this case and trial. What they've thought out about it, challenges tried to meet, etc. Conveys their responsibilities. And the responsibility she's also got, been given here. She need accomplishes, and does, I think for their careers, their Office, the State, law practice, justice. And in a unique and high profile trial and case, a quadruple murder at a workplace - while ironically delivering the narrative and statement as if she was a good young parent reading, telling the story to a child in bed from the favorite book that kid's most compelled by. Here's a possible motive for this crime: this was a revenge killing by someone who was very very angry with one or more of these people, and the good doctor was paid by someone to commit it. The person checking for ID would want proof he had murdered the person(s) he was hired to murder. He would also be paid handsomely for a crime that nobody could attribute a motive to and then set free. Remember Hitchcock's "Strangers on a Train" which was then remade as a comedy in, "Throw Mama from the Train" . . . "criss-cross". Question is, where is the money, and if Isaak was the gun-for-hire, who hired him?

Defense counsel actually had a fantastic closing argument. They destroyed the truck, knife, clothing and shoe ID’s completely. They did a lot on the DNA match with the three week gap of no chain of custody but they should have drilled down harder on a specific scenario that could have caused the contamination. He will be convicted in less than 24 hours I believe but Defense fought as hard as possible. That chain of custody gap isn’t good practice at all.

@Greg Stamps they have all resources available to them, for free, and this is all the “presumptive” evidence they could find. Kind of like the “presumptive” blood that was never tested to make sure it’s blood. Haha

He’s experiencing PTSD flashbacks of the crime, you can tell be his expressions and how he blinks and comes back to the court room from his head flashbacks. He’s also giving small head nods affirming that she is right with her analysis of the crime scene at those specific points in the crime description

He’s falling asleep over and over, and trying to fight it by taking drinks of water. He doesn’t show any signs of anxiety, or panic, which he would if he were experiencing flashbacks. He’s bored and doesn’t care.

He literally nods his head at parts he knows to be true as she’s telling the story. I know high people and tired people and he doesn’t exhibit any signs of either. He experiences flashbacks, and yes he may be tired but he’s for sure experiencing flashbacks and affirming parts of the story he knows to be true.

isn't there any way to analyze a person's gait? the one in the video seems pretty distinctive. it's so hard for me to believe mr Isaak was nodding off during the state's closing statement! was he sleepy or bored? does anyone have a guess at what he's thinking the jury will decide?

@@maryruggiero2884 There’s so much circumstantial evidence, it looks overwhelming to me. Everyone is saying there’s no motive, but RGR managed Isaac’s mobile home park, and they had implemented some dog policy that affected him. I wonder if the office dynamic alone was the driving force. Like, if they were always boisterous, joking, going on trips, not really working, and buddying up to the owners, maybe that annoyed him or made him jealous. Of course I have no idea how the office dynamic was, just brainstorming.
