Second one here. Also thanks a lot for telling me about Scavenger hunt event. I did not know there was an event starting today. I hadn't had much time to play because of the stressful amount of schoolwork I've been getting in my junior year. But now that there's less work since the school year is ending and I now have more time to play and hopefully complete the event mission.

It's doable but will involve a greater investment in time and/or luck than if you had the callers. With wolf, axis and hog callers you have as much chance as any regular player. I'd get the 20 foxes in the bank first before hand, as a tent is super useful on many maps, then focus on the mission. You can easily harvest foxes using the 243 starter rifle and fast travelling to Copper Hills lodge and climbing the hill to the NW you can often spot foxes in the flat area. If you're struggling badly for animals due to a caller then try asking in the forum, as often experienced players have maps set up to make thing far easier that they can host in a multi-player game. If you have the 177 HMR it's the fox sniper par excellence, as well as rabbits, geese, swimming ducks, bobcats, etc. Spooking range somewhere around 100-150m and flat shooting. Needs the Anschutz scope tho, which is used by many other guns. Ammo almost free vs completely free for 243. 243 really could do with the 2-10 scope IMHO, but that's also good for the 300, which is another great rifle with a ton of missions to pay back it's cost. However you do it, fox sniping is fun 😀
