With this same data, could you find no of employees at the beginning of every month, no of employees left in the month and no of employees at the end of the month. Thank you

What if we have rejoining and termination dates means employee who quit in the past is joined again and terminated in future date later to rejoining

You should assign new employee id for them and compute their second stint in a separate line
