Actually, he killed Dumbledore to gain Voldemort's trust. Dumbledore obviously knew that the Elder wand belongs to the one who disarmed the previous owner, he is not stupid

The elder wand didn't figure in it at all because he let Draco disarm him earlier. When he told Snape that he had to kill him, Dumbledore said, then the Dark Lord will trust you completely.

Q13's answer is wrong bcz the Elder Wand nvr belonged to Snape. That's what Voldemort thought and Dumbledore wanted Snape to gain the latter's trust.
