If you have two pots one bigger than other, put some water in bigger pot then place smaller pot in water this will take the fierce heat away and your pastries will be much nicer. Pre heat pot first. Using this method you can even cook a cake, cook with lid on the smaller pot and it will come out really moist like a pudding and it won’t burn on bottom 👍🏾
