SupportGaming 2019 it's really unknown if Daegon truly killed his parents more likely his father Argus since gods reforms themselves after death but Edenia was invaded if I'm not mistaken by winning the Mortal Kombat tournament so Shao Kahn was allowed to invade but then it's been retcon he felt like invading the realm to take Sindel from Jerrod.

Kinda. One Being is only a threat if someone were to do something crazy, like merge all the Realms. Since Kronika keeps rewinding time and secretly manipulating events from behind the scenes, no one has ever had the opportunity to successfully do so. But the One Beings connections to the Kamidogu also applies the Shinnok's amulet, which appears to have been responsible for restoring Raiden's memories from the previous timelines. The One Being might be entirely immune to Kronika's time manipulating abilities, or at the very least barely affected by them while fully awake. Which also means that Lui Kang's victory over her may have presented the One Being with the opportunity to return in the New Era with less opposition than before.

SupportGaming 2019 We were told the story from Damashi, who was deceiving Shujinko at the time with what was already mentioned to be an incomplete version of the story. He's not exactly the most reliable source of information, since we don't know how he came to learn of the Kamidogu and the details around them. He could just as likely not be mentioning the Titans because he doesn't know enough details about the time before his own existence to know of the Titans existence, as he is to not be mentioning them because they aren't relevant to Shujinko unless one of them decides to openly interfere. From what we know, Kronika is the only one to frequently do this, and she usually only does so to reset the timeline when the balance is shaken severely. She shouldn't be a concern for him until after he's obtained the Kamidogu, and by that point his power would be great enough to challenge the Titans after defeating the Elder Gods anyway, which his ending indirectly supports when it mentions his plans to rule beyond The One-Realm after becoming the One Being and absorbing the Elder Gods. We also don't know how the Titans are connected to the One Being since we know very little of their origins. It's possible the original six Elder Gods that defeated One Being became the Titans, using their powers to manipulate events as they see fit while leaving less power Elder Gods to take their place. Or conversely, defeating One Being may have allowed them to obtain greater power and become the Titans. But until we get more MK lore around the Titans and One Being, we won't be able to say for certain.

Shujinko was originally going to travel the realms as a teen and not age at all. There are files of young shujinko's voice saying "get over here" when fighting. This was changed because they would have huge backlash for having a kid be brutally murdered. I believed it was said that the deadly alliance killed a fake Shao Khan.

@ I get what you mean, but seriously. Sindel was a powerhouse, strong enough to fight gods. Yet it wasn't Shang Tsungs Sorcery or Quan Chi. It was Shao Khan's power alone. He was so strong he straight up made Sindel, already established as superior to Jerrick as his wife on his strength alone? Did people really view Sindel, Ruler of a Realm of incredible and legendary fighters she herself trained, as so weak they wanted her to be this innocent little girl? And all the other good guys who easily bent a knee were made too through Sorcery, and usually it was the sorcery of a damn Elder God (or fallen in Kung Lao, Liu Kang, Briggs and Cage Family etc) Like really, even the Elder God's feared Lady Sindels power, but Shao Kahn, a man not even powerful enough to draw much actual fear from even a Demi god easily forced Sindel to marry and obey him? Awful lot of what feminist and beta cuck soyboys call inequality in our fanbase :(
