hi! most vendors require a seller's permit (otherwise known as resale license). I do not recommend working with vendors who do NOT require this because these vendors are also willing to sell directly to consumers for the same price that you would pay at wholesale. if your customers can avoid your markup and go straight to the vendor, why would they pay more to shop with you? I've never worked with anyone in Atlanta personally. If you work with a particular wholesaler frequently, you could email them and ask if they'd be willing to private label your products or if they have a recommendation with someone they work with. I'll plan to scope out some great private labeling companies this year and create a video to share!

Hey I have a question! I’m visiting AmericasMart tomorrow for the first time as a boutique owner and was wondering if items get sold out quickly? I want to take your advice about seeing what’s available the first day then going back to get it the second day but it makes me nervous that they won’t have things in stock anymore especially since I’m going on the last days! Hey Tessa! I’ve never had that problem before. There will be PLENTY of items available for purchase on the last day of mart. Vendors typically take your order back with them and ship items out as they become available in stock. A lot of boutique owners will spend one day browsing through the items and taking notes to review when they get back home/their hotel room. Then they’ll return the next day and actually order their favorites!
