Find Your Dream Home: The Best Neighborhoods in Grovetown, GA

I’ve searched on Zillow and other sites. I’ve noticed that most of the homes in Grovetown etc do not any privacy in the backyard. No fence etc so how do you establish property lines and eliminate neighbor issues.

In majority of our communities the homes have gated yards. Are you looking at homes that on private lots or land?

223 Prominence Dr Grovetown. Scroll through towards the end and you can see several homes close together and one fence running along the back but not the sides

@@SaltyDogSEAL awww ☺️ Greenpoint and the community where the Prominence address are located are new construction. Most builders now do not include fence with purchase, it is an upgrade. So, most buyers don’t add them until after purchase unless they upgrade. That’s more than likely why you don’t see it pictured.
