My finish will be to never begin. I've heard so many stories about bone and joint pain that people can't stay in any one position for 20 minutes. I am 67. If I take these meds and make myself miserable for 10 years, that will be the rest of my life. I'm not going to destroy my life to "save" my life.

Try it first you are unique and not like others. Take half, take every other day. Something is better than nothing.

Can you identify the studies that reveal 150m/week of moderate cardio is the equivalent of Tamoxifen? Minute 13:15 in above video. Thank you!

I am 89 and am about to srart taking Letrozole. I have already long term arthritis and severe stenosis of the spine and am on low dose cortisone permanently. I live alone and could not cope with mastectomy after care, for which there is little help on our British NHS. I have just been diagnosed with invasive breast cancer in LBreast. I have the alternative of Tamoxifen, if Letrozole does not suit me. I think there could be more diet advice given.

I’m taking anastrazole…. Read horrible things about it but it has not affected me like they said. I feel fine. I walk/exercise eat right, and get good sleep. I take d3 and calcium. It is worth trying it!❤
