Finding a Full Frame Camera Under €250 Challenge (That's not 5d classic & D700)

Since it is really easy to find full frame DSLRs nowadays for under €200 and for that price you will typically find the 5d classic and the Nikon D700. So I thought why not set out a challenge on finding a full frame DSLR under €250 that is not the usual 5D classic and the D700! I hope you can enjoy this video as well as gain something from it! :-)

I still own and use my D800, one reason is because it will AF with an older Sigma 120-400 lens that I have, while newer Nikons will not. Always enjoy your videos, they've been really helpful in making gear decisions, and I love your camera presence. Cheers! 🙂

Hi David savvy shopping on the D800! Funnily enough, having a background in mirrorless Fuji, I recently got the Canon 5D. Love the out of camera images (but find its hard to avoid bad exposure due to poor screen etc). So I just picked up a D700 and am trying the Picture Controls options. Both were bought based on hearing about pleasing images out of camera; I never find time to post process. I notice you refer to wanting to avoid both of these cameras in your comments. I would think the D800 is better for cropping with probably better dynamic range but for someone like myself, would there be much advantage within the world of straight from camera results?

Yes, I have indeed found the 5d mark II for around 200 euros options as shown in the video. But went with the D800 because I thought that it would be better for the value considering the technology and the features compare to the price. I am deeply sorry if my video have disappointed you in any way and will do my best to improve my future contents. I thank you very much for watching as well as for commenting. Just bought a 5d iii for $270. High shutter count and needed a new $5 eyepiece.
