Zoe!!! About the chocolate chips what you have to do is: Take just a bit of the mixture and mix it with the chips and then add this "new mixture" to the rest of the mix (this way the chips get heavier and they do not sink at the bottom :) and about the fried eggs... you just need to put a lid on the frying pan while they are cooking so that the steam cooks them on top hehehe (please like this comment so Zoe can read it hehehehe) xx

no, you dont feel like your age. Im 60, and its crazy how fast I got to this age. I may have the aches and pains of my age, but I still act like when I was 20. I just love life and playing games and making blanket, scarf, cross stitch. these are memories of my Grandma who never spoke a word of english ( spanish). took my hands in hers and taught me how to crocket. and knit. which now makes me sooo happy.

Chocolate chips that are made for baking are usually covered in a little bit of flour which makes them stay in place and not sink. These where probably not and that's why.

Alfie definitely hit it right on the nail. My boyfriend and I live about an hour and 45 minutes away. We had a schedule weekly to see each other at least 3-4 times a week. But now we haven’t seen each other in person for a month since Los Angeles has been on lockdown. Thank goodness for Skype because I would be so sad. But I bloody miss him so so much. It’s so hard seeing someone for almost everyday, then now, not. We definitely will never take out hugs and squeezes for granted. Much love Zoo. Hi Zoe! There is a trick you can use to make sure your chocolate chips 🍫 don't fall to the bottom. Just mix them around with a bit of flour and they won't sink anymore. X

Love the chilled, talk vibe vlog!! Regarding the banana bread, next time lightly coat the chocolate chips/chunks in flour to prevent sinking. This will work for any type of bake that requires chocolate chips being dispersed throughout! This also works if you want to add fruit bits.
