Interesting as I'm thinking of lookingʻ into this for my next visit in Aug as opposed to a hotel.....just tossing up which has better $ benifit for a holiday hotel verses air bnb for 3 weeks?

buddy very good in bkk they are thinking of non thais buying land % 100 if so land prices will go nuts
