i love Carhartt k195 tees and their hoodies. I want to start designing clothes but I only want my clothes to fit like Carhartt and share the same quality. Im having a hard time trying to figure out where Carhartt gets their blanks or if they make their own or what an equivalent blank would be etc. There are sites that print on Carhartt clothing but I would be very limited on design ability .

Funny he mentioned companies finessing. I ordered like 30 sets of hoodies and sweats and paid for embroidery on this Alibaba supplier. But they only printed my logo not embroidery. I know they made hella profits especially considering USD money conversions etc.

I just realized a dumb dumb move. Lol. I'm getting backgrounds/borders from the transfer paper I'm printing designs on. Then I have to cut to desired size and this results in more sloppy results. What am I missing? Is there transfer paper that works with inkjets that doesn't require cutting so I can design transparent (no background/border) designs and print with no backgrounds/borders from the paper itself?
