He said some of the can print for you.. but would I still be responsible for shipping? My goal is to start out doing this like t shirts. Maybe start with 10 designs. In short, minimum orders and margins. POD companies will do a lot of the work for you but because of it, they leave you with smaller profit margins. The more work you outsource, the less margins you keep as a general rule. You may be able to find manufacturers that will drop ship for you but you’ll probably need to establish a relationship with them and demonstrate you can move product. At the end of the day manufacturers are interested in units sold.
