Blocked account is not required. Proof of funds should be up to 615 Euros for 11 months. That’s like 4 - 5 million in naira. Your sponsors account should actively Recieve and send money. If you made just the transfer for the proof once and nothing else before or after it, it seems suspicious. It’s always advisable to use an active account.

I can't really say its high or low, You get accepted if you meet the requirements. Nothing is easy, you have to start early for your search. Goodluck!

@@Ajachukwu Thank you, I meant if one has 2 WAEC (west african examination certificate) results which shows your O level subject performance from highschool, meaning you have one testimonial from original school, and just attached results from the later school,, this is usually because one may not have passed all at a go or some results were seized, here in Nigeria we merge the 2, please how is it done over there in France.

Admission processes vary by university, you don’t need legalization. Most schools need IELTS, others are fine with a signed document proving that your bachelors degree was in English. You’d need to read the process and requirements on your desired university’s website.
