Thank you, Sharon Hersh. A great testimony. This year I feel not just the Holy Ghost of the famous Trinity, but the Ghost of God, Jesus the image of God crucified, hunting me to the ground and haunting me to my face. My dread secret being unmoored from reality. This Christmas season 2024 I will embrace being unmoored. My heart to Jesus. Sharon your Christmas story/ your sermon inspiring. Thank you Sanctuary. Thank you, Peter. Heart to Jesus.

Dreamed last night a loud, scary barking (black doberman) dog charging at me. I was shaking shocked and heard a commanding voice, “Tell him what to do!” The animal lunging at me leapt into the air with a barked shout “SMILE!” Shocked and shaking I smiled his direction. The dog landed nimbly by its lead and sat looking up at me smiling brilliantly baring its pearly white incisors and bright canine teeth. The dog’s long-haired, scar-faced master stepped up holding the dog’s leash firmly in his hand saying in my direction, “What do you need me to do? You know what to do.” The moral of the story might be “be careful what you wish for.” An adventurer jack-knifing down the mountain-side, an explorer blown out the top of the volcano. Amen. Amen. Being where Jesus finds us. Now you too know what to do.
