I struggle a lot with self-confidence. Even my therapist tells me all the time that I need to believe in myself more. And I don't know how to do that haha Your editing is always so on point. I love the coloring and how clean and calm they look 😌

Thank you Annie that was an awesome video, I laughed too much on the Sponge Bob part x' ) I discovered self-esteem recently and yeah that's the "calcium" for our minds, we can live without it, but we can't live fully and be our best ~ Self-talk is so important but sometimes it's hard to hear the kind voice in our head, that's a great idea to write them down and answer them with our kindest-self so thanks for the tip ! I wanted to be more confident, I wanted to talk to everyone whenever I want to, I really wanted to show people how cool, funny, and "normal" I am but I feel like I need to have an opportunity to do that 'cause how am I gonna be funny if I can't talk to other people ? I really feel like I'm not enough and I hate who I am, Idk how the feeling is like to fit in, sometimes I feel like I have to pretend to be somebody else, I just want to give up, I don't really know if I'm worth it.

Hi Kayque🥺❤️ i totally hear you and get you! I’m sure it’s tough but it’ll get easier with time. Just take it one step at a time. Start with one person and stay true to yourself.
