I know it's different for everyone but I was a night owl and then when I changed to being a morning person my mental health got better somehow. I go to bed about 9/10pm and get up around 5/6am everyday without an alarm as don't like alarms. Also I make sure I do something for fun and get some sun everyday and connect with family or friends during the week. I also found listening to Tony Robbins helped me a lot with mindset.

Every creator goes through these moments. I have felt that “not doing enough” feeling when I wasn’t writing regularly but the routines then take me back to feeling better. ❤ Also the idea of having at least one fixed obligation like an appointment makes a lot of sense. thank you for sharing. ❤

I've been in the youtube game for nearly 7 years and sometimes it surprises me why I haven't given up yet. Maybe its because there's always a voice that keeps telling me I'm meant to do this and my love for making videos will never die.
