What an amazing day you has once again! I’ve watched all your Ammonites Creek hunts. Also getting more of your Diamond Ore! CANT GET ENOUGH SINCE I FOUND A DIAMOND!!

Old disabled house bound dusty rusty Rockhound here: Every thing is bigger in Texas!! I once watched a 7 inch centipede cross the state line from Oklahoma into Texas and grow to 12 inches! LoL Seriously though, We have shale beds here in N.E. Oklahoma with ammonites, coral, trilobites etc. But they are all smaller. I can't imagine how thrilling it would be to find one larger than the palm of your hand!!! Rock on!!!

If you ever decide to take small groups on your outings, sign me up (I would gladly pay for the opportunity). Hands down, that would be an awesome road trip and expedition for me as an amateur paleontologist. All the best from North Carolina.
