Great deals, Charity! Those baby outfits were a steal; they're so adorable! Be careful, though, when you're figuring out what your actual costs are. You mentioned that you used rewards/reward bucks from previous purchases. You can only count them once towards savings. So, this time around, you counted several dollars off your total for the two coupons on your receipt for a future purchase. Those have been "used" now to give you a lower cost. If you apply them the next time you shop CVS, you will be saving money off that purchase but you can't count it as a savings on that order. I always found it easier when I was an extreme couponer to not count any coupons on the register receipt until I actually used them. In the haul you showed, you still scored big savings even with not counting the $4 of the register coupons.

Wow, you did great. I would have picked up those baby outfits also for that price. I think it's so cool that you're waiting until the baby is born to know what you're having. My children are grown 37 and 39. When I had them you didn't get an ultrasound done unless the doctor thought there might be a need for it. I was so happy when I had a boy and then we had our girl. When is your baby due?😊
