Have you considered block scheduling? It can be helpful. I have found (after downsizing to a tiny House- from a big one) that maintaining clutter is key. It takes daily consistency for me. Taking a couple days off puts things out of whack here. On those days I need a break- I do the minimal to keep on tract. Block scheduling allows me the morning or afternoon off if I need some extra downtime. Staying clutter free is so key to my balance and really affects my mood. Have been a long time fan of your parent’s channel. Enjoying your decluttering theme!

I’m so glad you mentioned how draining the holidays can be in regards to visiting with family. I consider myself to be an introvert and find that I tend to get very emotionally and physically drained during this time of the year. So much so that I have had to Set boundaries for myself with limiting how much visiting and events I will attend. It has helped tremendously to keep me feeling comfortable and safe. I am taking care of myself first and don’t feel the need to explain myself to others as I am an adult who now knows what is best for myself. Hope you and your family have a Blessed New Year Charity! I enjoy any videos you are able to publish, especially the vlog type.

I bought a cheese shredder on Amazon. So much faster and you can shred other things too. It has a handle on it and grates as it spins. Easy clean up
