As someone who DNF’d their first two 100 attempts, I’ll tell you - it gets better! We have to learn ourself in those pits. A quote I love is, “Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go.” TS Elliot. That day was 100k for you. Be kind to yourself- because that’s freaking amazing!
