This message is a breath of fresh air 🍃 it’s so easy to get into black-and-white thinking when it comes to healthy eating, but being flexible and balanced is so much more rewarding and sustainable long-term. Thanks Annie 🙏

As a nutritionnist I want to thank you for sharing those positives tips. Most of the time, when people come to me it is to loose weight and I have the hardest time trying to make them realise that the most important, at least for me, is that they have a positive relationship with food. My goal is for them to be ok with themselves and the emotions they feel. Thank you to remind that to your comunity ❤️

This is spot on. Coming from a 32 year old lady tgt started her first diet at the age of 2 and finally being happy and eating healthy it's truly is balance!! Not depriving your self . Thanks for another amazing message to women/ people we love you! Love from Australia 🇦🇺 ❤

This was so wonderful and calming to listen to. So much of my life I spend obsessing about wanting to lose a few pounds but you are so right, if we don't do it in a healthy journey we won't find peace!

Absolutely right that gut health is super important. There is however no need to take probiotics. Much better to eat a variety of healthy wholesome foods (especially fruit, vegetables, legumes, wholes grains, nut, seeds and healthy fats).

Probiotics are also found in fermented foods but some of us don’t like it so supplements are good for you. Dietitian here

You were so inspired to make this video Annie! It is exactly what I need right now. I became so stressed because of my restrictive behaviour around the food that I can’t stop eating junk food and I feel so overwhelmed and out of control, like I can’t stop eating this bad food that I’m craving. I pray we all find balance in how we eat, feel and become. Thank you 🤗 and God bless you! 🙏🏻💖

This is the reason why you are the only person I follow the vlogs of: I feel so relaxed and full of positive energy after watching a video of yours. I absolutely agree with everything you said and, like you, eating healthily and leading a healthy lifestyle makes me feel great. Exactly like you I eat what I feel like and I am lucky in this sense as my body normally craves vegetables, fruit and healthy food.....BUT sometimes also some junk food. I learnt that if I crave chocolate or other desserts or crisps, I am going to give them to my body, in moderation because i know that if I overdo I will feel bad. That's how I do. All my friends who ask me how I manage to have a lean and toned physique without being on a "diet" (the way they intend the term "diet") I say that it is a matter of healthy lifestyle, not dieting. It is embracing a lifestyle that gives some good to your body, it is a way to thank our body for all the things it allows me to do every single day.

I couldn't agree more with what you said about balance and restriction for the purpose of fitting in or following a trend! It's all about having a healthy relationship with food rather than obsess about eating healthy all the time. On another note, your content is always interesting and inspirational, I just love your videos ♥️

Thank you so much for this video Annie ❤️ it is everything I needed right now! I am currently pregnant with twin girls 👭🏻 and before I was pregnant I tried to eat healthy and have a good relationship with food! But since I’m pregnant 🤰🏼 the food I had allergies to or I was sensitive to like dairy, too much chocolate, gluten... they went away and I can eat everything I want and I felt very guilty for having McDonald’s or pizza and chocolate but it’s what I crave for now and I stoped beating myself up for that because I’m growing not 1 but 2 babies inside me and all though I try to have a healthy meal at least once a day I do have bad food but it is only temporary because I know once I have my girls all the allergies and food tolerance will come back and I will go back to a healthy balance diet! But what I’m trying to say it as you said listen to your body! Right now my body asks for a lot of food 😂 but I am so excited to go back to healthy eating as that made me feel so much better 🥺🥰 sending all my love 💗💗

In the past when people would ask me about my diet or show interest in eating how I ate..I would tell them a good starting point would be to make everything they can from scratch! So, I’m glad you mentioned that a good starting point would be to cut out as many processed foods as possible.

leave it to annie to talk about the important things. thanks so much for these reminders! I definitely have noticed that intuitive eating for me makes me feel so much better and I actually don't gain weight. I feel like I just go on autopilot sometimes and think that I have to eat a certain way, but sometimes my body doesn't want that and it's ok. I agree with you that it's actually ironic that when we are less stressed about eating, and just listen to our bodies that it works out better! also, im so incredibly excited about your cleanser. I left the mask at my parent's and felt like i couldn't live without so will need to order another one. I already know that ill be gifting your mask to people for xmas too

Annie, thank you for your videos, they are huge inspiration to me and also many others too. Im a follower and fan from Hungary. 🇭🇺😁 As I study mental hygiene as my 2nd degree, I am really focused on this topic, and because of that I am really curious, how you deal with this issue. Particularly, how you deal with stress, burnout, panic attacks..etc. If you have ever experienced something like these before... It would be very nice and inspirational to see your techniques in practice, in your everyday life, as I belive, its something that affects every single person. How you deal with emotional hurricane, when it comes, and how you can come out of it. Especially nowadays... Its just a video idea. 🤗 Thank you for everything, and I wish you all the best. 💖🥰💃

Another way to understand cravings is what the majority of food your microbiome has been fed. It becomes acclimatized to the way we eat to some degree. Eating lots of sweets will make us crave more sweets and increase a certain type of bacteria in your gut, vs someone who eats tons of greens, who will crave more greens. You are feeding different types of gut bacteria and yeast. There's so much more science behind this. It's fascinating really.
