Annie, thank you so much for highlighting this information! It could not be more timely, as I have been struggling in this area, quite severely, for a few months now. I purchased In The Flo yesterday, and look forward to reviewing the additional resources which you have recommended. While I know there are many things beyond our control in this life, being empowered to control and things one can, is liberating. I would love a follow up video in time, which speaks to how you have applied this knowledge to your daily/monthly life. Have a lovely day ❤️

Wow!! Thank you Annie❤️✨ I have been doing intermittent fasting, with the thought of having “good gut health”. But I didn’t know that I have to be in a good cycle to get all of the benefits, because yes I feel bloated and my tummy seems bigger.. which I didn’t understand. You are GoLD. Thank you so much. I am sooo ordering these books. Hopefully my local library carries them✨🙌🏽🙏🏽
@Katherine0hara3 жыл бұрын
I know you refer to the book "in the flo" and there are a few good information in it (personally, I don't agree with all of them, because I don't agree with putting in personal political views into a medical helping book, like blaming men for literally everything), but the one study about man having no monthly cycle is wrong. It just shows their cycle in a different way, since they don't have a period. Having said that, I think the second part of her book, when she talks about the periods, workouts, food etc. is very useful and informative and makes a lot of sense.

Competitive weightlifter here🏋️♂️🖐 and this was so informative, Annie. I am always at my weakest during ovulation and know to go for personal records during my period. Our bodies really are incredible and perform optimally when we know how to nurture them. If you want another excellent, science based read on how to adapt nutrition and fitness to our cycles, I highly recommend the book "Roar" by Stacy Sims.

Thank you so much for sharing this information and all of these resources! THIS is how we take better care of ourselves. I am really going to use this information to improve my health and wellness and I’m very grateful to you for bringing this topic to awareness.

Dear Annie, I also like to take notes on the content that I am reading, especially regarding health. How do you organize your notes? Do you have a section for each book or you use a separate notebook for each one? Or, do you go by the topic, regardless of how many books the topic it is listed in? I always struggle with this, for I am never sure how much space I will need per chapter/topic/book?

If us ladies would be more in sync with our cycle, behave less "masculine - go getter, i don't need no man" attitude and embrace our divine femine more, there would be lesser cases of women's health issues like PCOS, fibroids, hysterectomies, breast cancer... let the men in our lives do the work for us, they like to feel like they're THE MAN. Do you feel it... the weight is off our shoulders now... like nature intended for us to be. Fun fact, even if you don't want kids in your life, prep your body to be in its FERTILE STATE is the best way to get gain the most optimum well-being in menstruating women 💖
