at 14:50 ther is a minus in term and (-4) is lower limit and one minus sign for subtraction of lower limit so wouldn't Bn be 2/nπ(1-3(-1)^n)

Sir, if the piece wise is a function which acts as an odd function in the defined space, wouldn't we be able to use odd function formulas? because the separate integrations would still cancel out.

But what is L if you are going from 0 to 3 piecewise?

I guess you mean if the function changes value at 3, or if the domain is not centered at 0. Then the question becomes very hard to calculate
