I can't tell you how many times I've went to fly my drone and the Tablet is dead. I'll charge that thing the night before and it always seams to be dead by the next day but if I don't touch it for a week it will have a full charge. Go figure. The drone and controller hold a charge for weeks and only run down when using them. Love your videos! Keep them coming.

Any day prospecting with those guys is going to be a great day. Finding that load of nuggets is just the icing on the cake (and some pretty nice icing at that). Hope you can make it back up there to get some drone footage, and find some more nuggets, before the river rises. Geno's find is still my favorite in the "Sheer Beauty Department." However, the biggest one you found had some real character to it. A faint voice keeps whispering in my ear that the gold nuggets in the sandy soil close to the canyon wall, or in water level gravel in the river bank, are just the appetizers. The main course is waiting in tightly packed bedrock crevices at the bottom, and in the middle, of that ancient river channel. Watch that North Yuba Experience dredging video and compare the geology. It's going to take a lot more digging to get there, but that's why it's good to have some strong young guys like JC, Justin and Bennett around (and a master of the recreational prospecting cinema like Jerry to remember to film the treasure hunt). So where the heck were Todd and Jeff? Jeff needs to get up there and start swinging for the fences. This year's gold totals race won't last forever. If Jeff had day claimed those spots he'd be wearing the yellow jersey now. Even if the river rises, Todd will be back up there finding nuggets because he's unstoppable. So with all the digging we have done up there this year, we would seem to have worked approximately .00000000000000000000000000001% of the workable material on the claim. The bottom line is that there's plenty of digging still to be done at Petey's Place. Aloha.

I found some more rust yesterday out in riverside county try to dry pan with my super sluice pan didn't see any VG will go back with my panning tub and my drum full of water and dig deeper for a couple of test pans we'll see
