Finding his voice: Meet a local four-year-old living with Apraxia

Apraxia is a speech motor disorder that makes it difficult for people to speak. One four-year-old is working with therapists to find his voice, and his family is sharing his story.

I tried reaching out to Channel 7 multiple times about this topic because Cheektowaga was hosting a Walk for Apraxia. This disorder effects 1 in 1000 children. We had over 300 participants in Cheektowaga Town Park on 9/28 to Walk for Awareness of Apraxia and raised over $43,000 so far from our event. We'd love to connect with someone from the station to cover this next year. Thank you.
