For my physical media room, as décor, I bought actual 8mm, Super 8, and 16mm projectors, a large tabletop popcorn maker, popcorn-themed cups and bowls, and some clapboard pillowcases to set the mood. My media room is in my basement and outside of my basement, I have a small lightbox affixed to the wall powered either by batteries or by a power bank (A special cord was included with the lightbox to connect the power bank) with customizable letters saying, "Now Showing". I also have a somewhat rare original Dolby Digital poster showing a downward street view of a theatre marquee and I framed it with a 27" by 40" black frame I had purchased at a Michael's craft store. I also have other movie poster frames in the media room itself with 27" by 40" posters from 'Raiders of the Lost Ark', 'Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom', 'Blade Runner - Director's Cut', etc. I also bought a whole lot of authentic empty 16mm film reels of different sizes, brands, and designs to hang on the wall, so there are tons of possibilities when it comes to decorating one's own physical media room to create a cool atmosphere. :)

I really love that corner theatre sign... I always get notified late. I just got this video notification and it's days old. KZbin trips sometimes

6:05 That's a great VHS sign showing the spines of various car movies including 'Corvette Summer' starring Mark Hamill (during which he was badly burned shortly before shooting began on 'The Empire Strikes Back').

Amazon and eBay have lots of cool home theatre/physical media room décor too, so the possibilities are endless. :)

I have the theater sign, you don't have to hang it in the corner. I have it on the flat wall right outside of my theater room entrance. Looks nice and you see it as you walk into the house so you know exactly where to go. 😃 In my theater room, I have actual 35mm film reels (3 of them) with real 35mm film wound throughout. Was about a $15 project that I made years ago. I have it so that it takes up about 6 feet of wall space between the 3 reels.

I had not been in Hobby Lobby in a while until I went in their the other day because I was looking for a diploma frame for my new diploma. They did have a lot of cool stuff in there that was movie related but I did not end up purchasing anything besides the diploma frame I went in looking for. Unfortunately when I got home my diploma was too big for the frame. I thought they were all the same size and didn't bother to measure it but they are not all the same size. Oh well great video!
