This was so therapeutic. Was in similar situation. Dated someone who ruined my self esteem because I was fat. Found someone else who loved me even when I became "fatter" and we've been happily married for 6 months. The right person will love you the way you are. Fat or not.

Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes! I hate when people look down on people who are bigger. I was a skinny girl who gained weight from Thyroid issues. Then I saw how people treat people who were overweight! They say you are so pretty. Now, I had to get the Gastric sleeve to loss weight for health reasons and now they are nice! SMH We have to live the skin we are in. Periodt!

A toxic relationship with a weirdo who body shamed a woman he claims to love. A best friend who stood by her and kept reminding her how beautiful and wonderfully made she is. This is why I love to compliment my female friends about their body and style of dressing as long as I am not fake about it. Iet us boost one another's confidence ❤❤

Don't get me wrong, but most times i believe people that body shame "Fat" people hashly most of the time influences them to loose weight and be focused, thats just the positive part, but it has so much negativity, like low self esteem, insecurities, feeling ugly, no confidence.. I was bullied to loosing weight from the age of 14- 15 years, I remembered my Mum's sister calliig me an old woman and being ugly and she even said i should try and marry a handsome man, i was 16years at that time.. Saying all this to a 16years old automatically damaged my confidence, self esteem, but do you know what it made me find solutions, i started working out and became a naturalist, so I'd one day show my aunty that i grew and did it all by myself.. Now i rarely wear makeup and when i walk by, both genders twirl their necks trying to look at me.. I am not slim and never wanted to be, but i am fit, healthy and big in the right places, if you know what i mean😊 In all, even if you want to tell someone to loose weight, don't do it at the expense of their self esteem, that shit is suicidal and dehumanising... I love this movie by the way ❤❤❤❤🎉
