Interestingly, in the GameCube version, the music doesn't play during cutscenes, and they play from the beginning after the cutscenes. Also, the loop pauses a second before the music replays. In the PS2 and Xbox versions, the music plays during cutscenes. Also, the music loops will no pause in it.
