all you need to do is capture the soul of every playable race. There are plenty of enemies (bandits, necromancers, vampires etc.) and all races are represented. So Oblivion gives you plenty of "excuses" to kill someone in self-defense. You can also join the Arena and complete it that way. I'd say murdering a member of every race is the hard way of doing this quest because you have to keep watching your bounty. So my question is... you OK there buddy? 😅

unpopular opinion: Skyrim's quest for Azura's Star is the best one! :D even today, exploring that drowned tower keeps me on my toes... and the final battle in the Star, is a real test of strenght! :D
