Narcissistic father, mother also a child of a narcissist with deep anxiety issues, both from different racial and class backgrounds in Latin America/West Indies. Perpetual cycles of codependency and self-identification. I just walked through how I'm going to break up with my gf of 3 yrs after living together 10 months because she's probably high-functioning NPD with a therapist I'm struggling to pay. If nobody else wants to put themselves on blast yet, I figured I'd step up while I'm still raw 🤷🏾
